Q: HOW DO I ORDER?
A: It has to be done through the website, or I can send an invoice through Paypal if you prefer. Just click on the page/fringe style you like to look of, click 'add to cart' and then 'proceed to checkout' Website takes paypal, or visa credit/debit card.

Q: HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE
Flat Rate of £2.99 Only.

Q: WHATS THE REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
A: Due to the nature of my work, all pieces are custom made for you, therefore no exchanges or refunds are given, as we can't resell the item. Please make sure we correspond properly before the piece is made.

Q: OPENING HOURS?
A: We work from home, so Mon-Sun: 10am-10pm.

Q: CAN WE VISIT YOU?
A: Unfortunately not, as we work from Home.

Q: HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: We are very busy, orders are made in order they are received, so a week roughly to be made, sometimes a little longer when we are very busy, delivery thereafter. Rush order is available for £24.99 to avoid delay/disappointment for that special event.

Q: HOW IS MY ORDER SENT?
A: UK: Royal Mail First or Second Class.
INTERNATIONAL: Standard Airmail

Q: HOW DO I TELL YOU WHAT COLOUR?
A: Three Ways: (1) Watch the Video Tutorial on the Website and write the colour in an Email or in the Paypal box. (2)Email me with some clear photographs to match and I will Email you back photos she thinks are closest and we go from there. Or ring Andrea. Contact details above. (3)Send a snippet of hair via post.

Q: HOW DO THEY CLIP IN?
A: Detailed Instructions Included. Two hidden clips underneath the fringe which easily snap in and out, completely secure, easy and fool proof. Andrea will always be at hand on email to help.

Q: WHAT THICKNESS SHOULD I GO FOR?
A: Up to you, thickest isnt always best, judge using your natural hair - thin hair = thin fringe, medium hair = medium fringe, thick hair = thick fringe, so it looks realistic.

Q: ARE THEY HUMAN HAIR? CAN THEY BE DYED?
A: Most certainly. Fantastic Thick Quality Hair. Yes can be dyed. Treat as your own hair. Best to buy a lighter colour and dye it darker, this is easier than buying it too dark, and lightening it.

Q: WHAT FRINGES ARE AVAILABLE?
A: Look through the different pages for details on each fringe, we can make any style, so if its not listed, email us a picture of what you like the look of and we will quote you a price.

Q: LOST ITEMS
A: Sometimes it happens. Its very rare but when it does happen, we must wait 15 working days and then we send you the receipt and all the relevant info to allow you to make a claim through Royal Mail to get your money back. We cannot take responsibility for lost items.
